Hi, I’m Karen

I believe that kindness matters most. You will be treated with care and respect exactly as you are.

After working at busy resort spas in the greater San Diego area for 20 years, I have given thousands of massages to people from all walks of life. I have treated weary travelers, people celebrating happy milestones or grieving the loss of a loved one, expectant and new mothers, and individuals managing chronic pain, life-changing illnesses, or long-term survivorship. This work has been a profound life lesson, constantly reminding me of the vast human experience of joy and sadness, pain and well-being.

I am a life-long learner with over 1,000 hours of hands-on training and am always looking for new approaches to bodywork.
